FAQ

What happens when retention runs out?

Expired captures are automatically deleted. The Free plan keeps captures for one day; Solo for 14 days; Team for 30 days. Each inbox and endpoint also has a capture-count limit.

Can I use this for automated tests?

Yes. Every plan includes API access to retrieve captured messages and webhooks. Free includes one active API key. The setup guide includes instructions you can hand to a code agent.

How do I change or cancel a paid plan?

The workspace owner can open Plan & billing to manage the subscription, payment details and invoices through Stripe. The billing page shows any scheduled plan change.

Will you send my captured emails?

No. The SMTP inbox captures messages for inspection. It never relays them to their recipients.
